A: Yes, plans need to be approved by the ARC first.

Q: What is the “ARC”?
A: The “ARC” or Architectural Review Committee reviews and approves the plans for construction of homes, barns, stables and/or any improvement at Los Venados.
Q: What do I need to do when I’m ready to build?
A: In order to start construction, you’ll have to provide the ARC with 3 sets of detailed plans for your home or improvements which should include a
site plan. The site plan will indicate where on the lot you plan to build, will show the
dimensions, set backs, driveway, and driveway material.
Q: How long do I have before I have to build?
A: There is no restriction for starting construction; however, once construction is started (commencement is defined as when the foundation is poured) you have 240 days to complete the structure.
Q: Is there an early payment penalty?
